 Today, on 06-04-2022, Dr. Yogendra Singh Rawat, Deputy Inspector General of Police / Senior Superintendent of Police, Haridwar conducted annual inspection of police station Buggawala.  During the inspection, Superintendent of Police Countryside Pramendra Dobal, Circle Officer Buggawala Rakesh Rawat, Peshkar, Steno, Police Station Buggawala Prashant Bahuguna, etc. officers / personnel were present.

 First of all, taking the salute, the guard was closely inspected, then after inspecting the station office, building / premises, after inspecting the land of the police station premises and the transfer of residential premises etc., matching the GP list, arranging the disposal of old pending goods.  To do this, the jurisdictional Buggawala was directed by the sir, as well as doing physical verification of the pending goods and government property, directed him to send the report within a week.

 While checking the police station records closely, expressing objection to some register number 8 not being updated, he directed the jurisdictional officer and station head Buggawala that he would update the registers as soon as possible and make them aware of the compliance.

 The Circle Officer/SHO Buggawala was directed to put up a complaint box at the station gate.  The complaints received will be disposed of on priority basis by keeping a register thereof.

 In relation to the ladies desk set up at the police station by the sir, the station head was directed that in every case, women employees must be appointed on the ladies desks so that women can keep their problems easily.  Along with this, Buggawala was directed to ensure timely disposal of all the inquiries and complaints pending at the police station on the basis of merit.

 Cleanliness was found to be good while inspecting the employee mess also.  SHO Buggawala directed that food should be prepared according to different menus from time to time for the employees in the mess.

 During the inspection in the CCTNS room, information was obtained from the policemen appointed in the CCTNS works about the work to be done by them and the employees appointed in the CCTNS were directed that the work which is not in the CCTNS, they should be done immediately and the work done in the CCTNS should be done immediately.  If there is any problem in the work, contact the nodal officer in the CCTNS office.  CCTNS should do the work with hard work and dedication, as well as Arms Ammunition was supervised by the Sir.  It was told by SHO Buggawala that G.D has been done online.
